Project Overview

Gilbane | Mortenson will serve as the phase 3 construction manager for the transformative $3 billion expansion of Lilly's Kenosha County manufacturing facility. 

 

According to Lilly, the expanded facility will focus on manufacturing injectable medicines, device assembly, and packaging for medicines across multiple therapeutic areas, including diabetes and obesity. Construction is expected to begin in 2026.
